20% Deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation.  The full amount is due 60 days before reservation. Cancellation of reservation 30-60 Days prior to vacation will be refunded 50% of rental rate. Cancellation of 30 days of less will not be refunded.

Getting There

As you leave the airport and head for the highway, there is only one road so you can't get lost. However when you get to 307 there will be a large curving entrance onto the highway but NO sign! It is the first large road you come to and easily recognizable as the main thoroughfare. Just bear to the right and you will be on 307 heading to Playa.

As you go south you will pass a few towns and intersections (Puerto Morelos will be the first). As the highway approaches these areas traffic in both directions divides into inside lanes and outside lanes. The inside lanes are what you want. They take you directly past the towns. The outside lanes are for access to the town, the stores on the side and for people turning and stopping.

Also, as you approach towns and intersections, there may be topes (speed bumps). Slow down for these! It should take about 45-50 minutes to get to Playa.

Follow the sign to the main street in Playa del Carmen named Av. Juarez, when you get to Av Juarez traffic lights continue to go on 307 to the next set of traffic lights and turn to the left, once you arrive to the bottom of that road you will be on 10^TH Av, make a left (south) and 30 meters ahead you will be on the entrance of playacar fase 1.

When you get there just ask the security man on the gate to give you directions, you are only a couple of streets away from your home away form home.
